A strong RFQ gives an engineering team enough information to assess feasibility, clarify assumptions, and prepare a meaningful quotation. Start with the latest drawing revision or wiring list, connector and terminal part numbers, wire specification, expected quantity, application environment, testing requirements, and target delivery schedule. If a requirement is not yet confirmed, label it clearly so the quotation assumptions remain easy to review.
